National policy recommendations

Building upon analytical reports and national exchange seminars, each Partner of the EFFORTS Project will be able to formulate certain legislative recommendations to the relevant national lawmakers in terms of possible amendments or new rules.

EU policy guidelines

Building upon the outcomes of the national and international exchange seminars and analytical reports, the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg, with the support of all the Partners, will formulate policy guidelines targeting EU policy makers proposing improvements to the current legal framework provided under the EFFORTS Regulations with regard to the enforcement of claims.
