Report on practices in a comparative and cross-border perspective

We have just published the Report on practices in comparative and cross-border perspective, drafted by the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg. The Report builds upon the deliverables previously published by the Project Partners (the reports for the Collections of national implementing rules and the Reports on national case law), with a view to identifying general trends and highlighting recurring issues affecting the cross-border enforcement of claims within the EU.

The Report is organized in five different sections addressing the implementation of each of the EFFORTS Regulations (Brussels Ia, EEO, EOP, ESCP and EAPO) in the legislation and case law of all the Member States covered by the Project: Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania and Luxembourg.
