The fourth EFFORTS Report on national case-law is out: Report on Lithuanian case-law!
The drafters of the Report noted that “the existing case-law is not thorough and can be assessed as fragmented”. The case-law has been collected from the publicly available search engine Infolex; however, it must be noted that cases decided in a closed hearing (in order to protect sensitive personal, family, commercial or state information) are not published.
